Orders will be delivered directly to your home or to the nearest post office. Delivery time is usually around 2-3 weeks to most countries. The tracking code will be sent to you by email after the order has been shipped, and you can track the order via your local post office website once the order has arrived at your country. Please note that during holidays and other peak shipping seasons the process and delivery time may be longer than the estimated.

DUTIES & TAXES

UK and EU* Customers - Good News, Customs Fees are Pre-payed so you do not have to worry about Customs duties on arrival and the package will be delivered as normal.

*Please note this does not include Slovakia, Slovenia, Luxembourg, Hungary, Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Romania who may have to pay customs fees.

USA, Canada & Australia Customers do not pay customs fees.

For other countries *Your order may be subject to tariffs, duties and value-added tax (VAT) when it arrives at your country, however this is rare. These costs are not included in the product prices. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchases, your parcel is lost or an item is broken or missing, please Contact us within 15 days first before leaving a review so we can help you further, or offer a refund or replacement. For damaged, lost or missing items we can offer a replacement or refund given the sufficient evidence (photo of item, photo of shipping label with barcode and weight shown) is obtained within 15 days of delivery.

Please be aware that if a parcel experiences a missed delivery and is subsequently held at your local post office for collection, we cannot accept responsibility for any failure to collect the item. As such, we are unable to offer refunds under these circumstances. We strongly advise you to closely monitor your tracking information and emails for any notifications regarding missed deliveries to ensure that you do not miss out on collecting your parcel.

RETURNS DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND

If you are returning due only to change of mind you can return them for a replacement or refund within 15 days of receiving them. No questions asked! You only have to pay the shipping back to us. Please note we do not offer Free Return for change of mind. But for damaged, lost or missing items we can offer a replacement or refund given the sufficient evidence (photo of item, photo of shipping label with barcode and weight shown) is obtained.
