First things first, Ita Bag Shop is a dropshipper, I learned this after I purchased the bag. This bag arrived with the straps having to be attached by the purchaser, the inside has a plasticky papery sound when it moves, and it's scratchy on my shoulders when I wear it. there are so many straps I cannot for the life of me figure out the uses for and like they're there just for aesthetic purposes, and I understand ita bags are supposed to be aesthetic but I want the bag I use to carry my things to work every day to be easily usable as well.

It’s so cute and fits a bunch of stuff though it is a shame it only has one main pocket. It’s also had a bit of a funky smell inside.It isn't prefect but a great starting point of wanting to put a lot on in a chaotic order. It is the cute design and spacious interior really caught stand out 💅

I like the bag itself, but the strap thingies get out of the (ive got no idea how theyre called) things that hold them, and one of the straps started to like come undone, after like two months of use (picture attached)? idk. itd be nice if they were already in the hook thingie and sewn so they couldnt get done and get ruined. and also perhaps an inside pocket with a zipper? not needed, but i feel its better than a pocket on the back (since you can feel it there, like keys or stuff.)

Otherwise very cute and comfy, and great for the price!!

All zippers broke within weeks!!
